Each language opens a parallel live channel. Attendees pick one on their own device.
Attendees who pick this language get captions only — no synthesized voice.
Lock clinical terms to your preferred translations. The bundled glossary covers common medical vocabulary; import your own to extend it.
Format: the first row (CSV) or table header (Markdown) is language codes —
e.g. en,ja,es. Each following row is one term's translations. Blank cells are skipped.

Attendees scan the code or open the link, then choose a language.
Translating to:
Use the microphone, capture screen audio (host the call from this tab), or both — the mix is what listeners hear translated.
Tip: screen audio works best on Chrome/Edge desktop. In the share dialog choose a tab and tick “Share tab audio” — that captures the call audio from Zoom, Meet, Teams, or any web conference. Use headphones to avoid echo.
